I dont know all the data, however I think it is clear that the majority believe that some to all employees should have access to social networking. I have heard from many owners that they are afraid to make this step.
I suggest you look at it this way, set up an action plan with specific goals and steps and make as many employees as possible have a daily goal to promote and build the brand.
